I am building a community of people looking to get on track for a healthier lifestyle or maybe get back on track. I think we're all still recovering from 2020: too much sourdough, too much beer, too much fresh pasta and cookies No? Just me? Well, that was my 2020. Furloughed and eating my way through the shutdown. I know, I know it's been 5 years. Have you ever been to Egypt? Denial sure is nice! I am making better choices, but many of my Covid-era habits have stuck around longer than I would have liked. I know food, a little too well for my own good, and now I have added a Nutrition Coach certification to my arsenal. I can help you learn to make better choices, establish habits and eat better. What you will not find here, that's pretty easy. You will not find perfection. You will never see me in Lululemons with perfect hair and make-up. I'd rather spend time in the kitchen creating recipes or riding my bike. Life is messy - much like my kitchen. There's no make-up people or film crews. It's literally just me and three Boston Terriers behind this computer.
